Do I need to be flexible for YogaCare?
No, most certainly not. Most clients are working with physical limitations and various physical challenges. You will work only with what is accessible to you physically in a manner that is comfortable to you. It doesn't have to hurt to work!
What should i wear?
Comfortable and loose clothing is best. Shoes are not worn during sessions.
